Pros: This microwave holds a regular size plate. Easy to use. I can click “time bake” to bake in specific minutes/seconds. I use a converter chart for this 900 watts to 1100 watts microwave. Easy peasy! Also I purchase this on a payment planned. Which helped me be able to buy this. Nice microwave. Especially if space is tight.

My microwave was delivered damaged. The package and the turntable's roller ring were both broken. But, the microwave works just fine, as if nothing had happened to it. My food was turned and warmed up evenly. Perfect for a dorm or a tiny kitchen counter.I don't see how I can return it with the package so damaged. I guess I will just use the cute microwave with care before I find a new roller ring for it or before I fix the roller ring myself 🤣.

This is a very dangerous microwaveI had the comfy microwave for 3 years & last night almost caught on fire. If I wasn’t in the kitchen a big fire would have started but I caught it in time. It formed a bubble which is where fire flames were coming out.I was making popcorn and no I didn’t burn popcorn - the popcorn wasn’t fully poppedI’m adding - I always thought - It was not that easy to use - kind of confusingDon’t buy - buyer BEWARE

Just wanting to let people know that this little microwave, made by COMFEE, is quite nifty for the price. I started out my microwave buying experience spending $400 for a top of the line (or so I thought) microwave, but the shipping experience from Amazon (thru Joe's Appliance) was soooo horrible...as in, microwave came with box mangled (and appliance body bent badly so I refused the shipment and got my money back) that I just decided to get a cheapy. You can not blame it on ME being ignorant of what can or can NOT go in a microwave. I have learned cheap Microwaves last about a year. Per YouTube you can repair them. I have no time for that. THAT is for a guy who likes to fix stuff. If I do not have time to repair the old one. Then stands to reason, I have no time to fix the new one less that 15 days old. sorry you could not accept return and send me a new one asap. NO microwave== no hot dinner at my housee. I need replacement by tomorrow. Will look forward to the refund.
